OVERVIEW

ET Australia Training College has partnered with Opal HealthCare to deliver an employment program to assist with recruiting entry-level care support staff at their local facilities. Students will undertake classroom-based training in CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) on-site at Opal HealthCare’s Berkeley Vale Care Community. Students will participate in work placement in one of Opal HealthCare Central Coast Care Communities. During the program, students will learn how to meet the support needs of the residents, support their independence and well-being, use safe working practices for direct care work, and will learn how to work effectively in the aged care sector.

The program has been designed to meet Opal HealthCare’s need for entry-level care employees. There will be opportunities for employment for the best-suited students with Opal HealthCare throughout the training. This employment program is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the team at Opal HealthCare and embark on a rewarding career with a leading aged care provider.

This training is FEE-FREE*. Training under JobTrainer is fee-free and fully funded by the NSW and Commonwealth Governments. Eligibility criteria apply.
