Why Upskill?

Education should be considered an ongoing part of your career if you are looking to progress.

Career Progression

Today’s job market is hugely competitive. By upskilling you increase your competitive advantage and provide a tangible point of difference against others.

CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support Traineeship/Self Paced

*Eligibility criteria applies.

Study Modes

This qualification is available to be undertaken via a self-paced learning mode or via an employment-based traineeship (eligibility criteria applies).

Employment Based Traineeship

An employment based traineeship allows for delivery of your qualification while on the job, with a Trainer and Assessor conducting workplace monitoring and assessment. The duration of a traineeship is typically 24 months full time, part time or until all competencies are achieved. Eligibility criteria applies.

Self Paced Learning

Gives learners the flexibility to study at times that suit their life circumstances. Learners can work through learning material independently, knowing that a dedicated Trainer and Assessor will guide them through the training and assessment process and be available for support when required. This mode of study suits students who have good time management skills and don’t need the extra support of structured face to face sessions.

What are the Costs Involved?

ET Australia is a Smart and Skilled approved training provider, we can offer qualifications via subsidised training.

Government Funding Available

ET Australia is a Smart and Skilled approved training provider, meaning that we can offer qualifications which are subsidised by the NSW Government.

All ET Australia qualifications listed are approved for delivery under Smart and Skilled.

If you’re eligible for subsidised training under Smart and Skilled, you only need to pay a portion of the training cost. An average of 55-90 percent of the cost of the qualification is subsidised by the NSW Government.

Smart and Skilled student fees are set for each qualification and the fee payable is determined by ET Australia upfront.

If you need help paying your student fee, ET Australia can assist by developing a payment plan. Payment plans are developed in consultation with you, so you can pay your student fee through small, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments. Find further information on Payment Plans Agreements in our Student Handbook.

All listed qualifications are Smart and Skilled approved.  For new entrant trainees and for qualifications delivered via traineeship, the student fee is capped at $1,000.

For each unit where Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning is granted, the student fee is reduced accordingly.

If you are an eligible student, a fee exemption may apply, or you may be eligible to pay the concession fee.
