OVERVIEW

This nationally recognised qualification is for individuals already experienced and working in the aged care industry and looking to advance their careers.

The qualification will prepare you to provide support and care for ageing clients. You will gain the skills required to assess the needs of ageing clients with complex needs. You will learn how to work within defined organisation guidelines and how to develop, facilitate and monitor individual service plans. Completing the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support will increase your potential to work in a more senior role within the aged care industry, such as a Care Team Leader.
