ET Australia Training College hires new BDM to enhance connections with Central Coast business

ET Australia Training College is pleased to announce Gayle Hamilton has been recruited to the position of Business Development Manager for ET Australia in February this year.

Gayle comes with a wealth of training, employment and vocational education industry experience having spent nine years in business development prior to joining ET Australia Training College. Previous to this Gayle held roles in print media and advertising management.

Cath Roden, ET Australia Training College Manager said “We are excited Gayle joined ET Australia earlier this year to enhance our business development capabilities. We have seen a definite shift over the last 18 months from business owners on the Central Coast towards the importance of training staff to enhance their business performance. With Gayle coming on board we now have a dedicated point of contact for businesses on the Coast to discover what training opportunities are available for their staff and implement the right training which supports future growth.”

Gayle said “I’m happy to be part of the team at ET Australia, being in the employment and vocational education industry on the Central Coast for a number of years ET Australia are known for delivering quality training in business, aged care and early childhood education disciplines and I’m keen to spread the word and find out what further training opportunities there are for ET Australia on the Coast.”

Gayle will be looking after the whole of the Central Coast for ET Australia and while initially her focus will be on developing training opportunities for the Training College she will be looking into business opportunities for ET Australia Secondary College in the coming months.
