Traineeship numbers on the rise at ET Australia Training College

ET Australia Training College has experienced a surge in the number of traineeship commencements in the last six months from September 2017.

At present, ET Australia Training College offers up to Diploma level traineeship qualifications in the areas of business, leadership and management, aged care and early childhood education and care (eligibility criteria applies). Traineeships are delivered on the job by a qualified ET Australia Workplace Trainer / Assessor. Traineeship terms are generally 1-2 years depending on the qualification, but can be completed in a shorter time frame as the training is competency based.

Cath Roden, ET Australia Training College Manager said “We’ve noticed a 35% increase in trainee’s starting nationally recognised training with ET Australia over the last six months particularly in the early childhood education space where we have almost doubled the amount of trainees. The feedback we are receiving from business about the quality training and flexibility we provide when delivering on site training is terrific and is a testament to the team we have built up here at ET Australia Training College over the last 18 months. Our focus for the remainder of 2018 is to show business on the Central Coast the value of training their employees and how they can take advantage of various subsidies available to them.”

Cath Roden added “Having a dedicated Business Development Manager talking to businesses up and down the Central Coast about their training requirements means we are now in a terrific position to understand what other customised training services businesses are looking for on top of traineeships for their staff.”
